HV1000-RL Automatic 3 Phase Frequency Inverter 220V For Winding Machine Specialized

Description:
HV1000-RL is developed specially for winding machine and device by HNC Automation. Based on high performance of HV1000, we developed parameter system specially for winding device. It could be used very easily and match the requirement of winding machine perfectly.
HV1000 series of VFD has equal quality and feature with Emerson EV3000 but much more cost-effective, much better feature than Emerson commander SK. It satisfies high performance requirements by using a unique control method to achieve high torque, high accuracy and wide speed-adjusting range.

Host-slave function requirement
1. HV1000 general inverter could meet requirement of HOST, no need specialized inverter
2. Slave requires specialized inverter for winder –Model:HV1000-RL
Host feature
- High torque on low frequency, stable output
- Line speed is stable while low speed runs
- Smooth starting,high speed runs stable
Slave feature
- Coiling diameter calculation & PID control
- Slave adjusts output speed automatically according to winding diameter change, to keep the rocking beam in the middle, the tension keeps constant while winding
Fast response
- For empty winding, half winding, and full winding, line won’t break while start, speed up and stop.
- Starting process stable, and no over shoot. At any speed range, the tension keeps constant.
Control Solution
There should be power off detection switch, when line is break, or full winding then the system can stop automatically.
Control Principle
- Slave starting signal is from Host FDT control. When FDT is not “0”, means host and slave starts not synchronous, only if the host running frequency reaches pre-set FDT, host will give starting signal to slave. When FDT is “0”, means host and slave start synchronously.
- Slave output frequency composed by 2 parts: Feedforward frequency + PID control frequency
Applications:
HV1000-RL is specially for winding machine and device including host-slave multi-head type, single head type, etc.
